1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wallace Heron ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the wallaceheron.co.nz website and our services.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Pricing errors are subject to correction, and we may cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

Your order is an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:

3.4 Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store your credit card information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy complies with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Products must be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Certain products may not be eligible for return due to safety or hygiene reasons.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.

6. AI Chatbot

Our AI-powered chatbot provides product recommendations based on your input. While we strive for accuracy, the chatbot's recommendations are suggestions only and should not replace professional advice for complex or safety-critical applications.

By using the chatbot, you consent to the collection and processing of your conversation data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Wallace Heron or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallace Heron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
