Euroquip – Power Without Limits

Euroquip’s Oct–Nov 2026 trade flyer runs until the end of November. It covers portable power, CNC cutting tables, plasma cutters, TIG and MIG welders, a handheld laser welder, an air compressor and two hot water pressure cleaners. It’s a strong spread for fabrication shops, engineering workshops and anyone running gear away from mains power.
Everything below is available through us in Pukekohe. All prices exclude GST unless stated, and apply while stocks last.
Portable Power
New in this flyer is the GT Power GTi20000G5 portable power station at $5,495 ($6,319.25 incl. GST). It isn’t a generator: it’s a 2,304Wh lithium battery behind a 3,600W pure sine wave inverter, with no engine, no fuel and no exhaust. GT Power rates it under 30dB, and it recharges from mains in about 2.2 hours. The number that matters is capacity. Divide it by your load to estimate runtime: a little over an hour at 2,000W, or around 38 minutes at the full 3,600W. GT Power also reports independent testing at a 100A welding arc for 30 minutes.
For longer runs, the generators still win on endurance. The GT Power GT15000E is $4,995 ($5,744.25 incl. GST), down $300. It has electric start, 11,500W max and 10,500W rated, with single and three-phase output on an industrial roll cage frame. The Powertec PT5500i inverter generator is $1,995 ($2,294.25 incl. GST), down $400 and limited to 20 units. It delivers 5,500W peak and 5,000W rated from a 312cc engine, with 32A and 15A outlets, twin USB ports and an optional parallel connection.
When you size a generator, work to the rated figure, not the peak. Peak covers motor start-up surge for a few seconds. Rated is what the machine will hold all day.
CNC Cutting Tables
Two new Strata Workshop Series tables. The WS66 is $5,995 ($6,894.25 incl. GST), with a 610 x 610mm cutting area, lead screw drive with stepper motors and a 39.4L waterbed on locking castors. The WS1212 is $7,995 ($9,194.25 incl. GST), stepping up to 1,250 x 1,100mm of torch travel on a rack and pinion drive, with a 125L waterbed and heavy-duty steel frame. Both have ±0.2mm movement accuracy and a stand-alone CNC controller with USB input.
Both tables also have automatic torch height control, which matters more than the bed size. Plate warps as it heats, and a torch running at a fixed height drifts out of its ideal standoff partway through a cut. Height control follows the plate, so cut quality and consumable life hold up across the whole sheet. The tables need a plasma cutter with a CNC interface. The AdvanceCut models below have one.
Plasma Cutters
The Strata EziCut40i is $1,495 ($1,719.25 incl. GST). It’s a 40A single-phase cutter rated to 20mm, with a 6m PT-60 torch, non-HF arc start and an integrated air regulator with water trap. It runs from a 15A outlet or a 9kVA generator. Strata specifies its air requirement as 110L/min at 5 bar, about 3.9cfm. Check that against your compressor’s air delivery figure, not its displacement.
The AdvanceCut60 is $1,795 ($2,064.25 incl. GST), which Strata bills as the largest-amperage single-phase plasma cutter in NZ. It cuts 20mm in production with active PFC, a 6m TH-70 style torch and a CNC interface. PFC lets the machine use the supply more efficiently, which helps on a single-phase circuit or a generator rated at 9.5kVA.
For heavier plate, there are two three-phase machines. The AdvanceCut80 is $2,895 ($3,329.25 incl. GST) and cuts 30mm. The AdvanceCut125 is $4,995 ($5,744.25 incl. GST), delivers 120A and cuts 50mm. Both come with a 6m TH-125 torch, an external air regulator, a 32A 400V three-phase plug and a CNC interface, and both are generator friendly at 15kVA.
Handheld Laser Welding
The Strata SLR3000 1500W handheld laser welder is $16,995 ($19,544.25 incl. GST). It welds from 0.2mm to 9mm on single-phase power at a 100% duty cycle, at 20–160cm per minute. The case for laser welding is finishing time: heat stays concentrated in the weld bead, so there is very little distortion or discolouration to clean up afterwards. For production work on thin or visible fabrication, that’s where the cost comes back.
TIG Welders
The Strata EziTig200DCi is $1,295 ($1,489.25 incl. GST). It’s a 200A DC pulse TIG/ARC welder weighing 7kg, with an 8m WP17 flex-head torch, cold arc and spot welding modes, lift and HF start, and 10kVA generator compatibility.
If you weld aluminium, you need AC. DC suits steel and stainless, but AC breaks up the oxide layer on aluminium so the weld can wet in. The Strata AdvanceTig250ACDC covers both. It has a full colour LCD, synergic setup, 20 memory settings and selectable AC waveforms. It comes in three packs: air cooled at $2,995 ($3,444.25 incl. GST), water cooled at $3,895 ($4,479.25 incl. GST), and water cooled with trolley at $4,195 ($4,824.25 incl. GST). Water cooling keeps the torch comfortable on long runs at higher current.
MIG Welders
The Strata AdvanceMig400C is $4,895 ($5,629.25 incl. GST), or $6,195 ($7,124.25 incl. GST) as the trolley and separate wire feeder pack. It’s a compact 400A three-phase synergic MIG/ARC/lift TIG machine with a 4-roll geared wire feed, arc gouging capability, inductance control and spool gun compatibility. It runs on a 32A plug.
The Weldtech WT200MP is $995 ($1,144.25 incl. GST). It’s a gas and gasless MIG/ARC/TIG all-rounder that welds up to 12mm steel and takes 15kg and 5kg spools. Duty cycle is 160A at 60% on MIG.
The Weldtech MST140i is $375 ($431.25 incl. GST). It’s a 140A gas/gasless MIG/TIG/ARC unit on a standard 10A plug, taking 1kg spools. It comes ready to weld with a 2m Binzel torch, earth and arc leads, hand-held mask, gloves, chipping hammer/brush, wire and drive rollers.
Air Compressors
The Air Command AC1600i is $2,595 ($2,984.25 incl. GST), down $100. It’s the largest single-phase compressor in the Air Command range: a 3hp belt-drive unit, assembled in Italy, with a slow-revving 1100rpm pump, built-in after cooler and 100L receiver, running on a 15A plug.
Its spec sheet shows why compressor figures cause so much confusion. Best displacement is 14.9cfm (421L/min), but air delivery at 90psi is 11.9cfm (337L/min). Displacement is what the pump sweeps. Delivery is what it actually produces at working pressure, and that’s the figure to size your tools against. As an example, the EziCut40i above needs 110L/min, about a third of what the AC1600i delivers.
Hot Water Pressure Cleaners
Hot water shifts grease, oil and diesel residue far faster than cold, which is why these suit workshops, plant and agricultural machinery. Both are available to trial through Euroquip’s Dial a Demo service on 0800 387 678.
The Lavor Hyper 1211 INOX is $6,995 ($8,044.25 incl. GST). It’s a single-phase hot and cold unit on a 15A plug, delivering 1,740psi at 11L/min and reaching 140°C. It’s made in Italy with a stainless steel boiler coil covered by a 5-year boiler warranty, a variable flow handgun, a 10m hose and an onboard detergent tank.
The Kränzle Therm 1165-1 is $11,295 ($12,989.25 incl. GST), stepping up to 2,390psi at 19.4L/min on three-phase power. It has continuously adjustable pressure, digital temperature control, dry run protection, a four-way safety system and a 35L fuel tank for long runs. It comes with a 2-year commercial warranty.
